Mandatory skills:
Must have 2-5 years of experience in leading test automation efforts.
Must have experience with QTP Automation
Must have experience in building, executing and maintaining of test automation suites.
Leading others through the challenges that exist in automation.
Define the Automation strategy and develop the automation test plan for the tasks.
Need to have experience in building different frameworks with QTP
