Must Have Skills:

a)      SDLC ( Understanding of full SDLC activities from Reqmt Analysis/Design/CUT/Testing/Rollout & Deployment)

b)      Tech Stack

a.       HTML, CSS, MVC

b.      ASP.NET MVC/ WebAPI

c.       ADO.Net data access

d.      WCF

e.      jQuery

f.        AngularJS/Knockout.js

g.       SQL Server

c)       Config & Release Management

a.       TFS

d)      Tools

a.       Code Review (FxCop/R#)

b.      Build Automation & Continuous Integration

c.       Profiler Tools like ANTS/Dot Trace

e)      Strong communication as the candidate will act as Onsite Coordinator as well

f)       Deep understanding of data base

g)      Will be managing 3 offshore resources to start with from .Net, Data Base & testing background each.
