Job Title:             SAP HR Renewal Functional Consultants

Job Location:      Raritan, NJ

Job Duration:      Long Term

Need Visa Copy For submission 

 

Primary Tasks and Responsibilities

·         SAP HR Renewal Functional consultant, with US Payroll experience (Mandatory).

·         Previous J&J Project execution experience is a plus.

·         Follow the SDLC project management methodology to deliver artifacts and Application Enhancements [Primary Responsibility]

Technical Profile Requirements

·         Previous experience with SAP HR Renewal and FIORI projects is a plus

·         10+ years' related experience

·         consulting experience required

·         Expertise in the HR function, processes and best practices

·         Experience in one or more of the following areas:  functional configuration and implementation of SAP HR, SuccessFactors, Employee Central, SAP HR Renewal

·         Bachelor's degree strongly preferred

Non-Technical Profile Requirements

·         Some flexibility in working hours is required (occasional over-time or weekend/holiday work)

·         Strong tracking, coordination and project planning skills

·         Strong leadership skills and able to motivate teams is a must

·         Ability to identify and implement process and/or application improvements

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·         Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision

·         Quick learner, motivated self-starter

·         Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills

·         Able to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines

Methodology/Certification requirements

·         Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Computer Science OR equivalent through experience. Advanced course work in technical systems plus continued education in technical disciplines is preferred.
