Description:
Primary POC for POS rollout and deployment support team, who would manage the Corporate configurations for all brands and stores
6+ years of IT experience Large scale retail/restaurant POS systems Rollout/Deployment Support team management experience.
Defining and documenting support Process
Strong communication skill
Customer expectation management
Nice to have :
Experience in Aloha POS Configuration and management tools. Offshore team management experience.
