Duration: 12+ month/ Contract
Job Description:
Title : Lead Developer, IT Web Application.
You will be reporting to the IT Manager of Web Solutions . You will be part of a tightly knit, high-energy IT Web Solutions team, where you will have the opportunity to drive, lead, and mentor a small team of technical resources to deliver world-class web solutions on the Adobe Experience Management platform.

Responsibilities
• Establish yourself as the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM/CQ) technical SME providing support for our Digital Web Marketing systems
• Play a vital role in the development, design, testing and deployment of Adobe Experience Management Web solutions
• Develop digital consumer experiences based on the foundation of the Adobe AEM/CQ product suite, including CQ, CRX/CRXDE, CQ WCM, DAM and Social Collaboration
• Lead technology teams to build and maintain web applications using Adobe's Experience Manager CMS to include site architecture, custom components, workflow development, Digital Asset Management (DAM)
• Design and improve internal development methodologies around Adobe AEM solution
• Propose technology solutions to enable the business to meet/exceed marketing goals
• Ensure the technical quality of project deliverables
• Diagnose and solve technical problems
• Operate independently with minimal direction, set direction and bring ideas and solutions to issues raised
• Provide technical leadership, collaborate, coach and mentor developers
Required Skills/Experience:
Your Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 – 8+ years of demonstrated experience with web technologies, strongly specialized in:
o Design, develop and support AEM components, integrations and applications
o AEM 6 certified developer
o Integrating Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Search & Promote with AEM
o RESTful and SOAP-based web services
o Continuous integration / Automatic deployment (Stash, Jenkins, Maven)
o Infrastructure, installation, configuration, component development, 3rd party business intelligence integration, templating
o Developing modern, responsive front-end applications leveraging HTML 5, CSS, jQuery
o Programming languages: Java, PP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
o Building and deploying web platforms with advanced dynamic publishing and targeting capabilities
o Optimizing the Web for demand generation and Marketing
o Delivering projects in scope, on time and within budget
o Leading all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and support
o Other Content Management systems like TYPO3, SDL Tridion
