Responsibilities:
• Daily use of Oracle's Acme Packet.
• Full operations guidance and support.
• Product upgrades.
• Perform root cause analysis.
• Manage all alerts.
• Consult on high severity incidents 
• Monitor steps for notifications

Basic Qualifications
• Expert level experience with Oracle's Acme Packet
• Experience with SIP and RTP protocols
• Experience with G711 and G729 codexes
