Position: Business Analysts with Loan Origination
Location: Columbia, SC
Duration: 12+ month/ Contract
Job Description:
Description: This person will be responsible for leading development initiatives that support the bank's loan origination systems. Principal Responsibilities include requirements elicitation, workflow analysis, document analysis, business process modeling, developing use cases, developing test plans, developing business rules and assisting in user acceptance testing. Some short-term travel may be required in the Southeast.
Job Requirements: 5+ years of Business Analysis experience; loan origination, mortgage or compliance experience highly preferred; BS degree – Math, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or Management Information Systems is preferred; In-depth understanding of the end-to-end requirements life cycle. Strong interpersonal skills. Proven record of successfully working with IT groups, end users, and other business teams. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Solutions-oriented and able to make independent decisions. Ability to set priorities and work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred: BA/BPM certificate or CBAP/CBPP certification. Familiarity with requirements management suites, Microsoft Visio, SharePoint, SQL Server Management Studio, Tableau and SSRS.
