[17592MSCRMCV] Need -- Change Management consultant with SAP HCM Domain -- Atlanta, GA

Location: Atlanta

Start Date: Around Feb mid

Duration: Long term

Change Management consultant with SAP HCM Domain (We don't need simple Change Mgmt rather from SAP HCM domain)

 

There is an immediate requirement for a consultant required at Delta who can

 

1.      Lead efforts to design future-state processes in support of technology implementation programs at Delta.

2.      Coordinate with change, communications, and training teams.

3.      Align with program work streams to identify process and policy changes. Update identified policies to reflect future-state; coordinate review process

4.      Documentation and presentation of reports, status and so on.

 

The immediate need is in the Time and attendance stream and this analyst will be used across other HCM streams too.

 

Requirement is that the candidate must have

 

1.      Minimum 5 years of experience in similar work and technology

2.      Proficient with MS office, Project and Visio

3.      Experience in documentation of current and to be state, identify gaps and risks and track them

4.      Understands the SAP HCM Domain.

5.      Excellent business process knowledge and comm skills
