· Good Proficiency in overall system and application Architect designing.
· Very high Proficiency in Technical, Functional and deployment architecture of Oracle WCC & WCS
· Experience implementing atleast 2 projects on Oracle WCC/WCS working as Technical Architect
ADDITIONAL SKILLS:
· Good Communication Skills
· Capabilities to lead cross-vendor teams
· Onsite-offshore coordination
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Augment customer team and work with technical team to review overall architecture/ designs and provide recommendations.

Client Looking for 8 -10 year experience as Project Manager with at least 2 Oracle WebCenter Content (WCC) and WebCenter Sites (WCS) projects managed end to end
TECHNICAL/FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:
NECESSARY SKILLS (MUST HAVE):
· Experience Managing atleast 2 projects on Oracle WebCenter Content (WCC) and WebCenter Sites (WCS)
· Project Monitoring and Planning which includes preparing Project plan, Regular status call with Customer and TCS Higher management.
· Manage Onsite/Offshore teams
· Preparing the project Plan
· Implementing Quality Management System in the project
· Creating and Maintaining project records
· Coordinating customer-related activities including acceptance of the deliverables
· Reporting the progress of the project to TCS Program Manager
· Collecting and analyzing product and process measurements at the project level
· Reviewing and adopting suitable technologies and best practices in the project
· Ensure Deliverables from the respective team
· Manage and resolve issues
· Ensure onsite-offshore communication
· Conduct daily/weekly meetings, reviews and provide feedback
· Maintain a Risk and Issues log and actively manage the risks and issues by conducting regular reviews and determining suitable mitigation and avoidance actions
· Quality control
· Budget and Estimations
· Handle Change Management
