•          Responsible for the oversight of 2-3 Agile Scrum Teams. 

•          Leads daily standups, sprint planning, release planning, retrospectives and facilitates grooming sessions. 

•          Helps escalate and resolve blockers for the team. 

•          Can act as Agile coach for other team members. 

•          Coordinates dependencies with other scrum teams.

 

Required Skills:

•          Agile Scrum Master  5 Years

•          Excellent Communication Skills  5 Years

•          Team Building Skills  3 Years
