Job Requirement

·         Exp with enterprise search Frameworks like SOLR, Lucene, Elastic Search, etc..

·         Exp in Java & ability to develop high performing services

·         Exp in toolkits like Mahout, Python, R

·         Exp with data structures, algorithms, and OOD

·         Agile & test driven dev

Job Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable search services, recommendation systems
  • Cultivate engineering best practices within your group and engineering team
  • Participate in code and design reviews
  • Participate in design and architecture sessions with other product teams
  • Provide engineering input into our product planning and scheduling processes
  • Work across teams and functions to drive solutions
  • Work with an existing application to expand its functionality

Desired Skills

·         Java, JPA/Hibernate, Spring, SOAP Web services, REST, JSON, or Maven

·         NoSQL

·         High Traffic web dev

·         eCommerce web dev

·         Autonomy IDOL, Cassandra, MongoDB, Hadoop
