Here is the job description:-

 

Job Title                    : Automation Engineer

Type of Interview      : Telephone/In Person

Duration                   : 6 Months +

Location                   : Johns Creek, GA (Need Local)

 

Automation engineer with the following skill set :-

Knowledge and hands on experience in Test Automation –

5+ years hands on experience in BDD techniques and automation using JBehave, Cucumber or similar tools –

5+ years in automating services (REST Services etc) –

Exposure to automating configurations using tools like Chef, Puppet etc –

2+ years in building and maintaining test automation frameworks –

2+ years of experience in scripting for test automation scripting languages like Ruby/Python etc –

5+ years programming experience a language like Java –

5+ years of experience with SQL Queries –

5+ years of experience using an industry standard source control management system Hands on Experience in Continuous Integration –

3+ years of experience in building automation for continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) –

3+ years experience in building and integrating automation frameworks with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Sonar –

3+ years of experience in an agile environment Knowledge of application architecture, BDD/TDD and Agile Development –

Knowledge and experience working with applications using various application architectures (service oriented, event driven, real time data processing etc) –

Knowledge and experience of various automation mechanisms –

Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and automation testing methodologies B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent

7+ years of related or similar experience. –

Minimum 5 years experience working as a QA Automation Engineer Analytical, Communication –

Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written), and be able to communicate interact effectively with all levels of management as well as a diverse technical team. –

Must be able to work with automational and functional testers onshore and offshore and across projects to coordinate automation efforts. –

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to significant amounts of change in work assignments and priorities. –

Supplies technical guidance to the team and help/build teams to facilitate the running /maintenance of scripts. –

Create and Maintain libraries and object repositories –

Work closely with functional test engineers and offshore team for identifying automating opportunities
