Expectation from Customer:

Client is looking for is "engineers" with capability and competency more than anything.

The hands on experience working with technology is an absolute requirement but more so have the knowledge and understanding of the why of the technology and to have skills that can be leverage across multiple problems independent of a particular technology. No doubt the candidate needs to have a diverse tool box

As an example: why are containers important, what problem do they solve, how does one go about selecting a particular container, what problems has the candidate solved with containers, what results did he/she achieved and, yes, he/she actually has hands on experience with one or more of them.

Client is not expecting the individual to deploy and operate tools, but rather to know how to use tools and more importantly to have the skills to build and operate more richer/involved services than just these tools

Experience and Technology:

Successfully designed and delivered cloud solutions and projects independently

Rich hands on Experience in any Public IaaS (e.g. AWS/ Azure) & Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure ( e.g. VMware/Open stack)

Working experience with Software container management like Dockers

Experienced in New Platform development and Greenfield cloud projects.

Ability to work with client global teams
