Successful job candidate will Help start up a successful Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Program Lead a (SAFe) program as an experienced Release Train Engineer Lead Program Increment Big Room Planning Events for a global organization Train Scrum Masters and Product owners across multiple Scrum Teams Help develop stewardship metrics to make value delivery visible to management and business stakeholders.

 

Job Requirements 5+ Years Agile Team Participation and Coaching Experience Facilitated 3+ SAFe Program Increments Knowledge of and experience

•       Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS) for Agile Work Planning

•       Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)

•       Certified SAFe Agilist

•       Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

•       Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)

•       Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)

•       Knowledge of Financial Accounting Processes

•       Knowledge of and experience with SAP
