Position : PeopleSoft HCM Benfits Administration Functional SME
Location: Washington, DC, United States
Duration : Long term
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Peoplesoft SME with at least 8 years' experience.
The only way someone will get hired is if they meet all requirements/desired skills.
Develop and implement new tools and processes for the inbound and outbound interfaces between the PeopleSoft and its internal and external vendors.
Apply vendor required regulatory application code updates including changes to payroll calculation routines coming out of the Federal, State, and Local Tax Code changes.
Develop and implement a solution for indemnity disability payment system using PeopleSoft application capabilities
Requested Skill/Experience
• Experience with EDI, Interfacing with insurance carriers, Open Enrollment Required 5 Years
• Experience with PeopleSoft Base benefits / Benefits Administration Required 6 Years
• Experience with PeopleSoft HCM Required 8 Years
• Experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.0 or higher Required 4 Years
• Experience with PeopleTools 8.49 or higher Required 3 Years
• Experience with SQL, PS Query Required 3 Years
• Experience with Oracle 10G and/or 11G Highly desired 5 Years
