Description:

 

·        Provide Desktop support to customers.

·        Troubleshoot and fix desktop related issues.

·        Editing Registry keys, Modifying system parameters.

·        Remotely logging in and provide support.

·        Attaching to PC's remotely

·        Remotely executing programs

·        Copying remote files

·        Configuration of remote PC's to capture full memory dumps and uploading those memory dumps to the DLP vendor for analysis
