Job Title: Business Analyst 

Location: Waukesha, WI or Green Bay

Duration: 6 +  months Contract 

Rate: $22/hr on C2C

Required Skills:

As a Business Analyst you will: consult with associates in other business areas, identifying business requirements and translating those requirements into system specifications. You will act as a subject matter lead on projects, providing accurate and timely analysis, design, validation and documentation of complex systems tasks. 

Design, guide and oversee the development and implementation of processes which meet the requirements of project owners 

Develop and maintain key relationships with all impacted business areas 

Create and lead initiatives for special projects, developing a greater understanding of system and environmental issues in the process 

Review and analyze results, assisting other business areas with issue resolution 

Contribute to final decisions regarding the readiness of production installations

Role Requirements: 

Prior experience in insurance operations

Prior experience in Health Insurance is highly preferred 

4-5 years of business or systems analysis, business process/systems implementation experience 

Bachelor's Degree 

Technical documentation abilities
