JOB DESCRIPTION:-

 

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES OF POSITION 

  • The Project Manager – MSP Solutions position is part of Technology Services. Will be responsible for oversight and direction to identify, document, and assess technology solutions to solve business needs and improve efficiency.
  • Will need to understand loan servicing systems and work closely with the business teams and Technology Services.
  • Must demonstrate leadership by mentoring team members and assisting the Director with selected management tasks. 


MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES (essential job functions) 
1. Manage high-profile assignment and projects that involve cross-functional and/or cross-departmental teams. 
2. Act in a team lead role on large assignments involving multiple members of the MSP Support team. 
3. Prepare communications and/or presentations regarding assignment statuses and outcomes to senior management. 
4. Assist with the resolution of high priority process or system issues, system prioritization and loan corrections. 
5. Document loan servicing processes, assess risks, and identify related controls. 
6. Prepare reports of findings and recommendations for improvement and collaborate with Loan Servicing and TS management to implement approved recommendations. 
7. Assist in loan servicing system enhancements, integration and conversions, including project planning, testing and implementation; ensure accurate accounting is established and maintained. 
8. Participate in determining metric reporting, setting targets, creating action plans, and ensuring on-time reporting and analysis. 
9. Determine, report, and track timeline, scope, dependencies, and resource needs for projects. 
10. Assist with management duties as assigned. 
11. Model leadership by demonstrating a positive attitude, encouraging teamwork and sharing knowledge. 

SELECTION CRITERIA (essential job functions and job requirements) 
1. 5 years' experience in loan servicing or business process analysis (or equivalent analytical role) required. 
2. Understanding of loan servicing systems, including MSP. 
3. Strong technical and professional communication skills – written and spoken. 
4. Previous experience with preparing reports and making presentations to senior management. 
5. Extensive and Advanced Excel and MS Office product experience required. 
6. Visio experience preferred. 
7. Customer service focused with strong organizational skills and detail orientation 
8. Strong analytical and strategic implementation skills. 
9. Ability to adapt to change and work with multiple priorities. 
10. Technical background, a plus
