Position: Cyber Security Engineer w/ Big data
Location: McLean, VA
Duration: 10+ month/ Contract(Client: Capital One)

Job Description:
They will be building cyber security solution pulling data from multiple sources and process it on a real-time basis . Identify potential security threats against Capital One
Will be building real time analytic type systems – dealing with significant volumes of data coming in at very fast rates
Someone with a background in cyber security - not only engineering experience, but cyber security as well.
We want to speak the same language as the security team and be able to mine data using SPARK, JAVA, PYTHON, Hadoop, hbase
Want a "fairly senior" individual – not a manager, but an engineer that can lead a chunk of this project and get it done. Also mentoring to junior people on the team.
Big concern is cyber-security experience with big data.
We need engineers that have big data/streaming, high through-put of data (real world experience, not conceptual) that also have a background in cyber security.
"The proposed candidate must have required expertise in software development and building high throughput streaming analytics systems."
