Job description:

·         Expertise in implementing SAP ARM ( Advance Return Management )

·         Strong knowledge of Service Notification, Catalog, Catalog Profiles, Screen Templates, User Status, Partner Determination, tasks and activity including Exchange Repairs, Depot (Same Unit) Repairs, Enterprise Repairs ,Repair Order / Service Order, Repair Procedure

·         Extended Service Plan, Warranty / Revenue Products, Service Contract, Revenue Recognition

·         SAP SM / CS Integration with SD / MM, For Sales Documents, Repair BOM, Material Determination

·         SAP SM / CS Integration with FI, For Repair Costing and Revenue

·         Integration knowledge of SAP to downstream warehouse systems.

 

General Skills

·         Familiar with SDLC, Agile, Lean, SCRUM, KanBan or similar development/implementation Methodologies

·         Strong verbal communication and cross-group collaboration skills

·         Skilled in writing high-quality functional specifications and working with a team to see the vision realized

·         Drives through ambiguity, self-motivated, thrives with minimal supervision

·         Confident, takes ownership, willingness to "do what it takes" to get the job done

·         Proven experience driving projects to successful completion
