Job Title : Kronos Dev/QA

Work Location : Chicago,IL

Duration : Long Term

Relevant Experience 

(in Yrs) 6-8+

Technical/Functional Skills

• Kronos experience in Development / testing

• QA background

• SQL experience

Experience Required

Roles & Responsibilities Kronos Tester:

Analyses the requirements for Kronos project

Do Impact analysis

Understand the impact of changes in Kronos configurations

Identify appropriate test conditions and test scenarios

Able to derive the test strategy and approach

Write test cases for the Kronos  T&A/ scheduling  

Execute test scripts in Kronos

Should deliver a bug free Kronos application package

Should play the role of test lead for the project to ensure all deliverables are met.

Generic Managerial Skills

• Will have to co-ordinate and lead business meetings for gathering requirements to monitor health check of project life cycle.

• Monitor project status to make sure they adhere to the SLA and highlight any risk or discrepancy to all the stakeholders

• Daily Reporting on the progress of project status to the client and the stakeholders

Education B.E/B.Tech/MS/MCA/BS

Duration of assignment (in Months) 6 months(can be extended)
