Role Description:
  • Performing Library & Document management
  • Working on migrating the documents from one system to another as per the migration guidelines
  • Looking at the QTS system for any record archival, Obsolete etc.
  • Working for BTRM Cabinets and looking at PLS for access issues.
  • Providing Support to BTRM cabinets in future.
  • Managing the respective mailboxes for customer requests and closing the requests within the SLA.
  • Working on Initiating Approval Workflows, Retirement Workflows and Service Center Tickets within the Cabinet.
  • Provide Support and Consultancy to customer queries on Creating New Document nos., Uploading and Initiating Workflow Approval, Retiring Document, Making Document Effective within Cabinet
  • Assigning trainings to PGS BT Users raised via E-forms within PLS.
  • Provide support and consultation on the trainings, courses and customer concerns and queries within PLS.
  • Support Periodic review of Documents for cabinets.
  • Support User Account Review for BTRM Cabinets) /or PQ/PLS.

Essential Skills:
  • Prior experience in managing the storage documentation
  • Should have knowledge about document routing, approval and retirement etc.
  • Experience interpreting internal and external regulations (GxP, SOX, CFR 21 Part 11) is an added advantage.
  • Working experience on Document Migration from one to another system is preferred
  • Should have worked on client reporting hierarchy.
  • Should have good communication skills.
  • Should able to work on SLA basis.
