Capone has SF implemented for a number of businesses, except retail. Retail wants to have SF for themselves. They want to focus on Sales Activity. They want to move off of a legacy system (homegrown) that feeds with marketing systems that outputs files, book of businesses that use your branch as a primary,
Moving from Legacy to SF is the basis of project.
The branch will be able to provide a 360 view of customer. SF to SF conversation. There is some ground work but the team currently is java developers not SF. They are looking for a SF SME. 1-2 people to bolster the team to come in and get off the ground. Be able to sit with other LOB and figure out what questions to ask.
Finding architects that want to code and still code. Not just a strategic guy. They realize that architects do not do both.
