Work Location             : Cupertino,CA

Duration                      : 12 Months

Interview                    : Phone/Skype

 

Mandatory Technical Skills : 

·         Installing and maintaining Adobe AEM software

·         Automation - C/I (Jenkins , Puppet, Docker)

·         Infosec vulnerabilities tracking

·         Working experience with Linux OS

·         Hardware/software config

·         OS upgrades

·         Software upgrades

·         DB upgrades

·         Troubleshooting and root cause analysis

·         Scripting for system processes

 

Release Management

Desirable Technical Skills        

Mandatory Functional Skills  

•      Ability to innovate and present new ideas/solutions. Ability to handle customer discussions effectively and interact with multiple stakeholders

•      Driving efficiencies and implementing roadmap to constantly improve speed of response

•      Carry out periodic Service reviews and identify areas of service improvement actions. Implement service improvement action plan

Desirable Functional Skills       

Total Experience Required     6-8 years
