Position: Business Analyst
Location: Virginia
Duration: Long Term
ONLY US Citizen AND Green Card
Looking for 2 BA's starting immediately. They need to be generalists, capable of helping to put together a business case, gathering business requirements, asking the right questions to ensure we are solving the right problems.
Experience (state type and preferred # of years)
• 8-10 years of directly related computer systems analysis.
Unique/Additional Requirements
• Demonstrates knowledge of functional, operational and technical requirements to help outline potential solutions.
• 5+ years strong communication experience, both written & verbal.
• IT experience in business systems analysis in a large scale enterprise environment across multiple systems / applications
• Customer relationship management including strategic thinking and demonstrated competency in developing efficient and effective solutions to complex business problems
• Demonstrated ability to lead business requirements sessions
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to express complex technical concepts in terms that are understandable to the business desired
• Strong program management skills; several years' experience in organizing, planning, and executing large enterprise scale projects preferred
• Demonstrated experience with evaluation of 3rd party vendor's / solution providers as well associated cost analysis.
• Need to be comfortable with a nonhierarchical organization and ability to thrive in a somewhat unstructured hands-on environment that demands a consultative approach and solutions that span multiple environments in multiple business areas
· Knowledge and experience using MS Project, Power Point, SharePoint a plus
