Description |
Provides day-to-day support of business application portfolio;
Studies existing systems to evaluate effectiveness and develop new processes to improve production or workflow as required;
Works with team to discuss requirements, set expectations and solve problems utilizing standard technologies and tools;
Develops applications, integration specifications, test plans, deployment plans and support strategies;
Performs gap and/or impact analysis and designs, as appropriate, data updates, application modifications, interfaces and configuration changes;
Documents requirements and test plans, provides service-specific expertise and develops high-level system solutions.
- Retrofitting Delhaize America/Leo/HBCWeb using the content authoring and portal environment
- Building various decks and documents as they related to the DA environments (Websphere Portal, SharePoint, Surveys, Communities, Workflow)
o Current State
o Capabilities Matrix
o Capabilities Cross reference to New Requirements
o Wave 1/2/3 migration or integration activities with another portal
- Deeper dive research and identification
- Misc support activities as needed especially fast action item needs to respond to integration requests
Position needs to be on site in Salisbury
