Job Description
· The Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) - Compensation & Benefits Consultant is responsible for the successful delivery of full-lifecycle Fusion HCM project.
· Candidate will have hands-on configuration and implementation experience in Oracle Fusion benefits and compensation modules.
Job Requirement
• Global Human Resources (base setups to support compensation & benefits configuration)
• Fusion Compensation Management (all aspects of Fusion compensation configuration including setup of budgets, allocations, modeling, eligibility, fast formulas and Fusion Transaction BI, including total compensation statement generation).
• Fusion Benefits management
• Fusion Workflow/alerts
• Desired Fusion HCM Skills in one or more areas:
o Goal/Performance Management
o Talent Review/Succession
o Benefits
• In addition, the following business skills are desired:
• 5-7 yrs of relevant business consulting/industry experience in Oracle HCM
• HCM/compensation process , requirements and CRP/workshop facilitation and support
• Multi country experience in deploying compensation
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
• Experience with Version 11 of Oracle Cloud HCM
