Essentials: Experience in Kronos – Time keeping

Desirable: Experience in other ERP applications.

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1        Provide production support and timely resolution of production and non-production issues
2        Analyzes, designs and develops application enhancements, system to system interfaces and reports
3        Provides updates and release notes for changes or enhancements to application documentation as a routine element of the application development
4        Possesses understanding of Customer's business in assigned area like adverting, editorial, marketing, distribution, manufacturing
5        Converts Customer requirements and models from analysis, specifications, and business needs into technical specifications
