Job Title: Java Architect

Location: Atlanta, GA

 

Must Have Skills:

Senior technical lead and Architect on Java/JEE technologies.

·         In this role, this individual will be accountable for delivery of the final architectural solution based on the requirements.

·         The person will require interfacing with business customers, as well as the various IT application teams that include executive management, business analyst, project managers, development, and infrastructure, on a daily basis.

·         He or she must be a leader focused on delivery and can communicate objectives and approaches with business and technical team members.

·         When presented with problems, this person must develop and be able to present multiple solutions/approaches to solve the problem.

·         The person is expected to develop new solutions and approaches and to encourage others to do the same.

 

Skills:

·         Java/J2EE, spring, Web Service, SQL, Shell Scripts, Design and Architecture.

·         Agile project exposure

 

Below are the responsibilities

·         Interact with Business and IT team members to move the project forward on a daily basis.

·         Developing architectural solutions utilizing Java/J2EE Technologies

·         Lead the development of the project

·         Work with development to identify approaches and technologies to ensure performance.

·         Work with development teams in discovery of new deployment strategy at public cloud

·         Troubleshooting and fix the problem.

·         Work with development of detail Test Cases

·         Develop prototypes for helping business understand concepts and direction

·         Work with project management to provide estimates of project costs and timelines

·         Understand business change requests and how to manage business expectations.
