Job Description
- Years of Experience 810
- Business Analyst experience including the use of best practices.
- Strong analytical skills including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs (especially infrastructure related needs) and translate them into application and operational requirements.
- Proven ability to comprehend technical systems and processes and possess the technical knowledge needed to work with the infrastructure, development and quality assurance teams at a detailed level.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of subject matter experts.
- The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and the ability to work well with other business areas, often under tight deadlines.
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
- Strong organizational, time management skills and teamwork skills.
- Manages traceability of requirements across the project
- Adheres to the RACI outlined in the PLC/TLC in the performance of activities
- Mandatory skills Business Analysis skills and Life Insurance domain knowledge
- Good to have skills Experience with BluePrint or other requirements management software Familiarity with Microsoft Project
- Domain Life Insurance Claims processing, Compliance
