Role & Responsibilities -
· Knowledge Acquisition related to functionality and features of Biovia Electronic Note Books and Lab Execution.
· Perform Site / Lab Specific configuration, parameterization through Identification, collection, organization of input of site specific data
· Provide guidance and support to Amgen users in the creation of experiment templates
· Assist with the creation of the Templates in Biovia
· Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support and on site How To assistance
· Transition to Steady State Support Team
· Coordinate the identification of site users
· Determining appropriate user role assignment
· Add / Delete users to the system
· Coordinate the identification, tracking, deployment of site deployment related hardware relevant for the solution
· Identify and communicate hardware gaps and enabling needs (like new tablets for serial devices interface, etc.)
· Assist in Technical writing
Desired Skills Set -
· Should have very good experience of Lab Informatics in Pharma Industry
· Should have worked as Business Analyst in a Lab Informatics Project
· Very Good communication skills both Written and Verbal
· Good Project Management Skills
· Pharma and Regulatory experience is must have
