Role Description
• Technical resource that is responsible for tracking production issues and driving them to closure. Should have excellent technical skills to be able to check logs, code, and write code for bugs, enhancements. Should have good communication skills – ability to communicate with other technical teams and line of business partners.
Essential Skills
• The .Net and Java developer
• Should have overall understanding of .Net and Java based platforms and landscape
• Understanding of .Net and Java base applications that can understand and modify the code and scripts as and when needed.
• Experience in developing IVR applications or any third party IVR platforms using, Nuance, Java and VXML, Expert Java knowledge, RESTful web services, Tomcat administration; Nuance speech application development is a PLUS, Avaya Dialog Designer or Voice Portal experience.
• Supports may include bug fixes, patches, minor enhancements, and service request
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in developing and deploying of .Net and Java applications.
