Performance Engineer (10-12 yrs of Exp)

Job Description
- Strong development experience of around 10+ years
- Expertise in Performance Engineering activities
- Overall coordination and monitoring of the performance and related activities
- Lead defect and technical discussions on customer facing and own the performance deliverables
- Resolve outstanding issues and queries for performance testing and engineering
- Should have strong experience in analysis and tuning (frontend, middleware and database) . Analyse the logs and provide tuning recommendations & strong in application profiling capabilities
- Should have strong experience in Java coding ,code review and application configuration. Ability to review the design documents and give the recommendations
- Should have experience in various performance tools
- Should be quick learner
- Should have experience in jboss or WebSphere configuration. Identify and resolve configuration related issues
- Interact with subject matter experts, developers, integration staff, environment staff, systems analysts, E2E designers, components designers and business and systems analysts while doing performance impact analysis
- Understanding of the application, identifying key business processes in the application, preparing the load scenarios and participate in test execution
- Resolving outstanding issues and queries for performance testing
- Review deliverables in time to improve the quality / completeness of deliverable
- Own the change control (including impact analysis) process
- Involve in production issues based on priority tickets and analyse the incidents and work &co-ordinate teams according to the requirement
- Tracking hardware and configuration changes of live and test environments
- Prioritize, schedule and complete work on time for multiple capabilities with overlapping schedules
- Better to have Mobile performance testing experience
- Should not have much dependency on client
- Ability to take new challenges
- Should be team mentor
- Should have strong communication and Leadership abilities
- Should have experience in Agile and Devops methodology, micro services, Angular js etc.,
- Strong experience in ALM tools and PT Testing tools
