Job Title               :  Adobe CQ5/AEM lead (Local candidates preferred)

Job Location       :   Phoenix, AZ

Duration              :   6+Months

Interview             :   Skype or Phone then F2F (F2F is not mandatory for Excellent resource)

Visa Status          :   US Citizen, Green Card, GC-EAD, H1b

Experience Level:  6-9 years

 

 

AEM Lead

 

Experience Level: 6-9 years

 

Mandatory Skills:

·         Selected candidate would be leading a team of 6-10 engineers

·         Ensure offshore team impediments are removed/addressed in timely manner

·         Lead sprint grooming and sprint planning sessions.  Provide product demos to customers

·         Daily meetings with offshore to discuss issues/updates/clarifications

·         Must be hands-on for resolving technical issues & provide guidance

·         Must have competency and proven track record of delivering complex technical projects within a team environment of other engineers, meeting tight deadlines without sacrificing quality

·         Adobe CQ/AEM Engineer with strong Java/J2EE background.

·         At-least 4 years of strong Web Content Management experience with Adobe AEM / CQ5, implementing 3+ full cycle AEM projects.

·         Solid experience with CQ5 building blocks including templates, components, dialogs, widgets and bundles.

·         Good experience in Sightly scripting language

·         Experience on Java Content Repository (API) suite, Sling web framework and Apache Felix OSGi framework, DAM, Workflows is required.

·         Experience with integrating AEM/CQ5 with other products and vendors specifically targeting Social Integrations

·         Experience working with creative Web design teams to implement Web designs in CQ5: Templating sites for Adobe CQ5 (CSS, JavaScript, ExtJS, AJAX and HTML)

·         Writing custom components in Java for Adobe CQ5

·         Expertise in a JavaScript library (jQuery preferred) - not just wiring up events on the DOM

·         Experience with Continuous Integration and Automated test execution and building tools such as Jenkins, Hudson, Selenium or Maven

 

Desirable

·         Familiarity with Tag management using Adobe DTM

·         Familiarity with A/B Testing and Adobe Target

·         Work with project managers to ensure that all project deliverables are on time and high quality

·         Work collaboratively with other teams; QA, UX, etc

·         Assist in deploying applications to Dev, QA, Production environments and migrations

·         Prior Apple experience is a strong plus

·         Nice to Have

·         Fatwire/Oracle WebCenter Sites or other CMS experience

·         Familiar with Sprinkler and bi-directional social integrations with AEM

Generating Reports and Metrics using Adobe Site Catalyst
