Role Description
Collaborate with various business/technology stakeholders to gather project requirements Analyze the current state functionalities and document them Contribute to process re-engineering and process improvement initiatives Understand the business requirements and develop functional requirements Work with development teams during creation of technical design to provide clarifications on functional requirements Review/Enrich QA/UAT test cases to ensure completeness Coordinate with the development / testing team for implementing the solution
Essential Skills
The Business analyst will be responsible for gathering requirements and developing functional solutions for Citi's strategic back office clearing and settlement system. They will serve as a liaison between development/testing team and external stake holders.
Desirable Skills
Good Knowledge of Capital markets back office Operation (Trades processing, Settlement) functionalities Strong analytical, verbal and written communication, and cross functional skills
