Job Description:

Role – SEPM Admin (Symantec End Point Protection)
Location – Remote

Client: TCS

Responsibilities:

The SEPM Administrator is a highly skilled technical position that involves intricate knowledge of the Antivirus solutions. May also requires some on-call responsibilities.
Highly experienced in:
• SEPM 12.1.5 and SEPM 12.1.6
• Installation and Configuration of SEPM in large environment
• Zero Downtime up gradation
• Experience setting up SEPM policies and internal configuration
• Migration /upgradation hands-on exp from one version to other version
• Conflict Detection & Resolution with different version of OS and applications
• Data Selection and Filtering
• 5+ years of experience with installation, configuration and maintenance of Latest antivirus solutions.
Essential Job Functions

• Ready to work in shifts (Day/night./weekend)
• Provide design configuration, integration, deployment, and troubleshooting support for anti-virus software to a very large national network of workstations and servers. 
• As needed, provide design, testing, and troubleshooting support for host intrusion prevention, host firewall, virtual sandboxing, application whitelisting, and host encryption applications.
• Actively participate in the evaluation of new products and technologies to meet evolving threats.
• Assist developing and implementing measures and reports for demonstrating risk mitigation success using applied security solutions
• Execute delivery plans with supporting departments, subcontractors, vendors and business partners
• Write and/or maintain standard operating procedures documenting the processes and configurations for security solutions
• Construct and maintain physical and virtual test environments
• Support security solutions and changes to meet business and regulatory compliance requirements on an emerging as-needed basis
• Partner with key business stakeholders in business and healthcare to improve the overall quality of technical solutions
• Ensure ongoing integrity of the solution and maintenance processes to assure optimal performance
• Perform second and third level troubleshooting support, problem determination and resolution
• Ready to provide 7x24 on call support.
