- PFB response from the Delivery and share relevant profiles immediately.
- The position we need to fill in are with good Auto finance knowledge and what we are getting mostly is Financial profile or normal testing profile and those who mentioned Auto Finance has not having relevant auto finance experience during interview.
- Please help in getting profiles only with Auto finance background as this is must to onboard people.
Job Description:
- At least 7+ years of experience in Testing and Testing Processes
- Good understanding and work experience in big migration projects
- Having good Auto Finance/Finance domain knowledge especially on Loan and Lease processing
- Good knowledge in HP ALM, UFT/BPT
- Good Analytical skills
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
Leadership and Communication
- Ability to provide HRMS consulting in client engagements so as to influence business and IT
- Ability to earn trust and build credibility with clients across functional areas
- Good communication, analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills
