Technical/Functional Skills Candidate should have working and implementation experience in the following areas along with excellent communication skill and stakeholder management.
· Maturity road map for performance engineering excellence
· Identify the gaps in the existing processing, plan, close and scale it to a mature performance engineering practices
· Recommendation and actions based on the Operational intelligence of the application
· Interact with Architects and involve in the review
· Identify the trainings need for the current team to scale up from performance testing to performance engineering
· KPI and measures
· Working in Agile projects
Roles & Responsibilities
· Collaborate with Architecture team and involve in the review, suggest imporvements
· Identify the gaps in existing process and proactively suggest improvement for a mature performance engineering state
· Identify and Recommending the training needed for the existing team
· Create road map
· Identify KPI and Measures needed.
· Value created for the stakeholders
