Role: BA with Retail eCommerce Domain

Location: Sunnyvale,CA

Contract

 

 

·         Any Graduate with good command over English language – Very strong written and verbal communication skills

·         Total of 3-5 years of work experience, preferably in an eCommerce organization

·         Retail ecommerce knowledge essential – understanding the process of vendor on-boarding and areas surrounding the same

·         Supplier management experience is a huge plus, though not mandatory

·         Ability to understand vendor requirements, hand-holding the vendor through the on-boarding process, handle queries

·         Strong analytical and problem solving ability

·         Support triage issues faced during vendor on-boarding or product on-boarding – address issues, find work arounds, if possible and/or escalate to the relevant stakeholders and track to closure

·         Manage the overall vendor relationship on behalf of the client

·         Understand and implement client's quality systems and guidelines to ensure compliance at all levels

·         Ability to work with minimal direction, a self-starter, an individual contributor
