Mandatory Technical Skills:
• 8+ years of IT Testing Experience
• Experience with and a working knowledge of Oracle Application Modules - Service Contracts , Dep Repair.
• Strong Techno Functional skills with more expertise on technical side.
• Strong project management full life cycle experience in large scale projects.Working with large and diverse teams in multiple locations
• Proactively identify and report on risks, issues and dependencies for the program
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing clearly and succinctly, complex design and technical issues, as well as business and product requirements
• Strong presentation and documentation skills, proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with matrix reporting structure.
• Able to manage financial and procurement duties as part of program management.
Duties & Responsibilities: Oracle Apps Service Contracts , Depot Repair Techno Functional Consultant
Skillset:
• Knowledge of IT Processes and process-related tools
• Documentation skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills as well as listening and interpersonal communication skills
• Must have a strong customer service focus
