1) Developer: .NET
The Software Engineer position will be part of an Agile software team focused on working closely with clients and other stakeholders. A qualified candidate will work with the Architects, Principal Engineers and the Business Community to identify requirements and develop solutions for telecom inventory and provisioning solutions using industry standard development techniques and technologies. This person will be required to work in an iterative development environment. Candidate will be responsible for solving a wide array of Java and related business problems

Essential Duties: 
 • Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written.
• Designs, develops, modifies, debugs, and evaluates cost-effective information technology solutions for use within internal functional areas 
• Formulates and defines system scope and objectives for moderately complex applications 
• Applies developing expertise relating to a variety of technical principles, theories, and concepts. Devises or modifies procedures considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results 
• Works on most phases of programming and analysis activities but requires guidance in other phases. 
• Develops conversion and system implementation plans. Prepares and obtains approval of system and programming documentation. Trains users in conversion and implementation of a system 
• May provide on-call/ongoing system support for key business applications 
 
Education and Experience: 
• Experience: 5+ yrs. 
• Education Level: Bachelor's Degree 
• Field Of Study: Information Technology 
• A combination of education and experience is acceptable: Yes 
• Attention to detail with good organizational capabilities. 
• Ability to prioritize with good time management skills. 
 
Knowledge, Skills or Abilities: 
ASP.NET 
• .NET Framework 2.0 and 3.5 
• SQL Server (version 2005 or above) 
• Visual Studio 2005 and 2008 
• C#, HTML, WCF services, Web services 
• WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation)



2) Developer:C++/C# (Level 2)
Level 2 Senior C# .NET Developer
Responsible for analysis, design, and creation of code for applications
1. • Application Level Technologies: .NET Framework 2.0/3.x/4.x, MVC Framework 3/4/5, ASP.NET, C#, WCF, ADO.NET, Entity Framework
2. • Markup Languages: HTML, XML,XAML, CSS
3. • Scripting Languages: JavaScript, JQuery
4. • knowledge of Using Team Foundation Server (TFS).



3) Ruby Developer (Level III)
Summary 
Support the end-to-end product life cycle of Level 3's media network Operational Support Systems & Automation and big data processing through agile/iterative development process, code and design reviews, unit and system testing, deployment, transition, and production troubleshooting. 
 
Essential Duties 
* Support the end-to-end product life cycle including support of agile/iterative development process, code and design reviews, unit and system testing, deployment, transition, and production troubleshooting. 
* Participate hands-on in the documentation and development of high-performance Network and System architectures and components. 
* Work in an iterative development environment responsible for solving a wide array of problems. 
* Ensure developed solution implementations conform to quality, performance, and interoperability standards. 
* Work with customers, and vendors when needed.
 
Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Experienced in Ruby, Perl, Java, shell scripting, sql for distributed Linux-based systems. System administration experience is desired. A technical understanding of networking and CDN-related protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS is desired. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-motivation and drive, with the ability to estimate, plan, prioritize and multitask
