Job Role: Cognos Architect 

Location; Raleigh NC

Duration: 12+ Months 

Prefer local or nearby 

JD:

Good communication with business owners/customers

Strong problem solving skills

Ability to gather and assimilate information

Up to date knowledge of IBM/Cognos (up to and including version 10.2) and Oracle environments

Ability to adapt and prioritize

Ability to work under pressure and deadlines

Producing desired deliverables and monitoring progress of others to ensure quality work

Intermediate knowledge of both relational (normalized) and multi-dimensional (warehouse) data modeling

Ability to plan the structure of a large scale budget data base and provide technical architect drawings and documentation

Ability to listen liaison with people from different lines of business and backgrounds from management, budget analysts, designers, and programmers
