Job Title: System Tester/Mobile Tester

Location: Austin, TX

Duration: 6+ Months 

 

Job Description:

•    Excellent organizational and time management skills
•    Ability to read, understand and execute complex process flows and test plans with minimal errors
•    Advanced written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to succinctly and clearly express ideas internally and directly to customer through email, phone, face to face and other means
•    Availability to represent the Alcatel team in Customer meetings without the need for additional assistance
•    Ability to travel to customer site as needed for face to face meetings, issue resolution, troubleshooting, etc.
•    Must be available to work in the Nokia facility in Austin, TX during normal business hours and outside normal business hours (which may include nights and weekends as needed). All work must be done within the United States
•    Experience testing mobile devices and Over The Air (OTA) updates is a plus
•    XML
•    Experience with Oracle 11 and beyond, including the ability to write complex PL/SQL queries
•    WebSphere and Weblogic application server knowledge is a plus
•    Apache Webserver knowledge is a plus
•    Database architecture and design concepts a plus
•    Test data setup in Alcatel-Lucent provided simulators
•    System testing and debugging
•    Software development background a plus
•    System integration knowledge a plus
