· Have worked in Cross-Functional Project and Teams

· Experience of working with Micro-strategy additional advantage
Job Description
Responsibilities:
· This position provides analytical support to a project or department. Under the guidance of a team leader, responsible for collecting and researching data, performing analysis, providing recommendations and presenting results.
· Provide leadership to the project team for moderately complex and highly complex projects with large scopes.
· Provide guidance and mentorship to Business Analyst I
· Serve as a liaison between the internal/external business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs.
· Translate business requirements into functional specifications for the IT organization, manage changes to such specifications, and educate the IT organization on the direction of the business.
· Organize, lead, and facilitate cross-entity, enterprise-wide initiatives that will encompass an end to end analysis
· Responsible for all communication, requirements gathering and documentation of assigned projects.
· Develop root cause analysis and business case for proposed solutions and process improvements
· Establish standards for measuring performance against process requirements
· Align projects to management strategy
· Produce new process improvement techniques and services
· Develop metrics that provide data for process management indicators for future improvement opportunities.
· Create, develop and maintain project timeline for key deliverables by developing project plan, monitoring milestone completion and coordinating project progress
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Business or equivalent relevant work experience in business analysis, systems analysis and/or testing
· 6-9 years of work experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or testing.
