Description:
We are looking for an Identity and Access Management professional to help manage our migration from SUN openSSO to CA SiteMinder, and work on various new ongoing development/enhancement and application onboarding projects.
Primary Responsibilities:
Design, implementation and administration of the new CA SiteMinder infrastructure
Configure and develop integration methodologies for various applications participating in SSO
Work with various business and application teams in integrating and on-boarding of applications onto SSO platform using SiteMinder Agents and SAML-based federation Assist with the migration of existing SSO applications off of the openSSO infrastructure and onto SiteMinder
Provide Level 2/3 support. Work with help desk and other teams to troubleshoot and resolve/fix issues and bugs. After-hours work as needed for Level 3 escalations and/or deployments.
Work with security and compliance teams to provide auditing and reporting facilities and processes
Work with Operations to deploy and integrate new technologies into the current environments
Work with Enterprise Architecture and Business teams to identify new areas where IAM can be utilized and enhance IAM capabilities to address new business needs.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's Degree or 12+ years of relevant work experience.
Minimum 8 years of experience
Minimum of 2 years with IAM development and implementation
Preferred Qualifications:
Hands-on experience in 1 or more of the following: Open SSO, CA SiteMinder, Oracle Access Manager, IBM TAM
Hands-on experience with: LDAP (Oracle DSEE preferred), SAML 2.0, Active Directory, Java and J2EE applications
Scripting and programming skills, shell/Perl, interfacing to LDAP using APIs.
Hands-on experience in design, installation, configuration, and maintenance of SiteMinder and its related infrastructure, including Federation Services (FSS)
Experienced in deploying Single Sign-On integration with Identity Management, SaaS integration
Experience installing and configuring SiteMinder Policy Server and agents
Experience with using SiteMinder: administration, creating policies, integrating with web applications, etc.
Knowledge of web technologies like WebSphere, JBoss, Tomcat, Apache, IHS, IIS. Strong skills in Java and J2EE preferred
Experience with Oracle, SQL Server and/or other relational databases.
Experience managing complex directory service environments on a global scale. Ability to work with globally distributed and cross-functional teams.
Familiar with company acquisitions and the integration of services dependent on centralized IAM and Directory Services
Unix/Linux experience on physical or virtual systems.
Experience working in PCI/SOX controlled environments.
Use of ITIL methodologies for path-to-production
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly, identifying the best option in an emergency situation
Ability to work with different teams and interact with technical and business folks across the Enterprise
Demonstrated experience with all phases of the system development lifecycle at an enterprise level
