Job Description:
Want Sr. folks - 7+ yrs SFDC & 10+ yrs IT exp
Sr. Salesforce Consultant. Your skills are needed to assist a direct client operation within the Financial sector providing Inventory Financing (Credit/lending), and located in Schaumburg, IL 60173.  In this role you will assist an onsite team that is connecting the Salesforce engine to a legacy Microsoft BI/.NET based (SSRS/SSAS/SSIS) reporting engine.  You will be responsible for integration, enhancements, new development, and support of the client
extranet built on Salesforce Service Cloud. The extranet, brings continuity to clients allowing them to engage with the engine and gain visibility to reporting and dashboard functionality in a single instance.
 
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, document, deploy, and maintain high quality solutions on the Salesforce.com platform.
Design and develop integrations between Salesforce and the legacy .net / Microsoft BI based Reporting and dashboard system
Contribute to and ensure effective design of all major modifications.
Ability to design flexible, scalable solutions from a set of business requirements.
Translate business requirements into a technical design, code and test logic, and prepare them for production adhering to known departmental standards.
Define and execute test cases and ensure code coverage testing requirements are met
Maintain security and access rights
Provide insight into AppExchange products and other technologies that could contribute to a better client experience
 
Required Skills:
8+ years of overall IT experience
7+ years of experience as a developer with Salesforce.com platform[Salesforce Developer Certified is a plus]
Strong working experience in APEX (classes, triggers and web services), Visual Force, Salesforce APIs, SOQL, Force.com platform
7+ Years of experience in SFDC application development
Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Certification is a plus
Experience with DataLoader/Workbench and Demand Tools/Dupe Blocker is a plus
Proven strong experience with Salesforce Administration
Experience with Sandbox management and ability to keep current and leverage new SFDC release features
Reports and dashboard
Java Script, CSS
eclipse IDE
Web Services
API modifications may be necessary
