Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

Location: Bay Area, CA

Duration: Long Term

Rate: $40/hr on C2C.

Job Description :

Relavant Experience & Core Responsibilities:

· 7+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience.

· Work on more than One System, evaluate and improve Business Processes.

· Strong experience in requirements gathering & documenting. Capture detailed Use Cases, Wireframes & Mockups.

· Capture As-Is & To-be State process flows and drive process improvements.

· Work with engineers in explaining requirements, process and functional solution.

· Perform functional testing to ensure requirement, solution is working as expected.

· Experience in cross functional and fast pace environment. Able to work independently and be comfortable with ambiguity.

· Experience in Agile : Capturing User Stories, Prioritize backlog, write acceptance criteria and work in sprint cycles.

· Experience in ServiceNow, ITIL, CMDB, Host Management is desired.
