Description/Responsibilities: 

Job Summary: 

The key areas of focus for this position are to lead and deliver SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation and consulting services including: .. 

• Document design decisions leveraging SuccessFactors' configuration workbooks .. 
  
• Configure SuccessFactors solutions according to design documents .. 
  
• Design, configure, and test Integrations .. 
  
• Design, test, and perform customer data migration .. 
  
• Deliver review guides and perform initial testing .. 
  
• Support customers through all testing phases 
  

Required Qualifications: .. 

• 4+ years of experience implementing several other large scale SuccessFactors Employee Central projects .. 
  
• Acted as the functional lead for a minimum of 2 end-to-end Employee Central implementations .. 
  
• Should have tactical experience and ability to perform all configuration tasks .. 
  
• 2+ years of experience integrating Employee Central to SAP ECC or other 3rd party applications 
  

Required Education: .. 

• SuccessFactor Employee Central Certification (usually this cert comes via SAP)
