Job Title: Front End Senior Developer on JavaScript Technologies

Duration : 6+ Months

Location: Jersey City, NJ

NEED USC OR GC

Qualifications:

Strong web developer with a keen interest in UI development. The ideal candidate will have specific and relevant skills in building modern web applications in JavaScript framework like React and Redux. Experience or knowledge of browser side MVC frameworks would be advantageous.   The role will be a hands on development role. - Design components for large scale single page web application - Developing, testing and supporting features for globally deployed web apps - Follow best practices throughout the project lifecycle - Participate in team-wide design and code reviews - Awareness to latest technical trends  

 

Technical Skills  

Must Have:

A solid understanding of web application development processes, from the layout/user interface to services layers

2 years plus, must have experience with modern JS frameworks and technology – React and Redux, Angular JS, Babel,  ES6 and Node.js

Exposure to HTML5 and CSS frameworks

Familiarity with JavaScript testing frameworks, e.g. Jasmine/Karma, Cucumber

strong knowledge and grasp of the MVC (model view control) pattern  

 

Nice To Have:

Experience in OOPS concepts, design frame works

Exposure to Agile and Scrum process

Establish and document best-practice procedures in areas of expertise

Knowledge of AJAX, XML, JSON

Knowledge of Web Services and REST API

Knowledge of Databases like Sybase, DB2, SQL Server  

 

Soft Skills

Strong communication skills:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down and communicate complex Issues, ideas and solutions

Ability to understand all phases of SDLC - Willing and able to adapt to different technologies
