Lead SQL/ SSRS Developer

Itasca, IL

6+ month/ Contract to Hire

Phone and Skype

Must be USC, GC or GC-EAD

Insurance domain preferred with expertise in MS SQL Server 2008-2013 suite of products particularly SSRS .

Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities.

Expert knowledge and experience authoring, managing and deploying reporting solutions using SSRS.

Expert in designing complex reports like reports using Cascading parameters, Drill-Through Reports, Parameterized Reports and Report Models and ad-hoc reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) based on client requirement.

Expert in leading data modeling and process mapping initiatives; mapping business processes to data requirements and then designing data structures that support data extraction, tabular reporting and analytics; experience designing and developing relational and/or dimensional logical and physical data models (as appropriate), defining naming standards, compiling data dictionaries,

Producing reports and analysis of ad hoc inquiries using SSRS extensively on a major MS SQL data.

 

Reporting:

 

Must have SSRS

Must have Data Visualization

Must have Power BI    

Data Integration, Data Transfer team (movement of data in and out of Client)

SSIS

Active Batch

Microsoft APS, ETL team (movement of data internally with in client)
